(4) "Investigative Interviews" (TRL47244). (Law Enforcement is not the friend of your client. (Learn practical reasons why from an experienced investigator's point of view.)
(5) "Church Fraud" (New for 2017). (Learn types of church fraud and how to help protect clients.)
(6) "Ethical Issues Relating to Attorney Investigations Using Social Media" (ETH52378) (New for 2017). (Learn how social media investigations can result in ethical problems and how to stay out of trouble.)
(7) "Evidence Control - A Practical Primer for Legal Professionals" (New for 2017). (Learn from real-life examples of how evidence is really handled and how you can use that information to help your client.)

All courses are approved by the Arkansas Continuing Legal Education Board and you receive 1 hour CLE credit for each program. We have also recently received approval in Tennessee.

Each workshop includes information about when to use a private investigator, licensing laws, laws relating to stalking, pitfalls when clients conduct their own investigation, laws relating to ineffectual counsel when a PI should have (but wasn't) used, and more!APproved CLE Credit
